Move Management
$300 per move (in addition to actual expenses)
Our relocation consultant will:
Book arrangements with the moving company and provide quality assurance
Process the invoice audit and payment to the moving company
Provide a monthly invoice for all relocation activity in that period, complete with a summary and back-up information.
Program Administration
$300 per move
Our relocation consultant will:
Counsel employees on overall policy entitlements (as approved by department)
Co-ordinate employee expenses for reimbursement
Prepare and administer promissory notes
Housing Assistance
$50 per move (in addition to actual expenses)
Our relocation consultant will:
Insurance - based on the employee's declared value of the shipment, at a rate of $0.34 per $100 value. An additional charge could occur if there is a damage claim, to a maximum of a $500 deductible.
